After the selection one-by-one , truffles are accurately washed and further selected; then they’re boiled and transferred in glasses. The preserving liquid that you see inside the glass is their cooking water, so we suggest to use it in your recipes to mantain the whole truffle flavour. After all the production process truffles are passed in autoclave for adequate sterilisation in order to grant a perfect preservation during the time.

You can be used on toasted bread, pasta or scrumbled eggs. “We use it everywhere”
Our production process is particularly delicate but truffle in brine will ever be like fresh truffle, so we suggest to use it during the period when the fresh truffles are not available, it is a good alternative that do not disappoint you.
We transform only truffles of our truffle oak or in some cases harvested by our friend. That’s why we have limited availability.
