Extra virgin olive oil dressing – Summer black truffle flavored

The condiderable quantity of dehydrated truffle inside the bottle allow you to flavour your oil for three refills.
Leave the truffle always under oil – When the oil is about to end leave at least two centimeters from the bottom of the bottle and refill with the better extra virgin olive oil. The infusion will take at least 5 days.
Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, dehydrated summer black truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) origin Umbria.
Ideal for bruschetta or scrumbled eggs (you can taste the perfect flavour in combination with La Tartufella).
