With an authentic and not exalted flavor, tasty and easily digestible.

Champignon mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 10%, natural flavourings, porcini mushrooms, spices, authentic Himalayan pink salt.
The Art of Simplicity: Culinary Inspiration
Spread generously onto toasted rustic bread or use it to garnish halved hard-boiled eggs. Absolute simplicity that allows the raw ingredients to shine.
- Pasta: Once your pasta or tagliatelle are drained, add the sauce directly to the bowl and toss (one jar perfectly coats up to 250g of dried pasta). The residual heat is sufficient to release the full bouquet of aromas.
- Risotto: Prepare a classic risotto, such as alla Parmigiana. After turning off the heat, fold in the sauce during the final mantecatura for a creamy, fragrant finish.
- White Meat: A simple grilled chicken breast or veal escalope is transformed into a refined dish by adding one or two tablespoons of sauce once cooking is complete.
- Red Meat: Ideal for tagliata di manzo or a premium steak burger. The sauce naturally enhances the richness of the meat juices.
Try it over warm boiled or roasted potatoes. It is the simplest way to elevate a humble side dish into a gourmet delicacy.
- Gourmet Panini: Spread a generous layer inside a sandwich with prosciutto or cooked ham.
- Torta al Testo (Our favourite): Open the flatbread while still steaming. Fill with grilled sausages and add the truffle sauce. The heat will melt the truffle aromas, making every bite unmistakable.
Separate the yolk from the white. Whisk the egg white until stiff peaks form with a pinch of salt, then bake at 180°C for 3 minutes until it becomes a soft “cloud”. Place the raw yolk in the centre and bake for one further minute. Once removed from the oven, garnish the heart of the egg with our sauce and its truffle slice.
The contrast between the lightness of the white, the creaminess of the yolk, and the texture of the summer truffle creates a perfect, sophisticated balance.
