HOW WE WORK
1 Request: Send us a collaboration request.
2 Meeting: We organize an introductory meeting or presentation, also via videocall if distance or commitments prevent a personal meeting in the short term.
3 Recipe Formulation: We develop personalized recipes thanks to our experience or follow your directives. We are also happy to share ideas to create one or more products that achieve the desired success.
4 Laboratory Tests: We carry out laboratory tests to define the perfect recipe.
5 Receipt of Raw Materials: We collect or receive the raw materials, analyze them, and evaluate them upon unloading together with the client.
6 Processing: According to agreements, we process the products on the day of delivery to avoid prolonged storage. If immediate processing is not possible, the raw materials are stored in our dedicated refrigeration units and processed the following day at the latest.
7 Production: We produce the products following strict quality and hygiene standards well-known to all our clients.
8 Updates: You will always be updated in real-time on the progress of the work, sending photos or videos of the production process upon request. (It will feel like you are in production with us).
